能幹的人，不在情緒上計較，只在做事上認真；無能的人，不在做事上認真，只在情緒上計較。
Capable people won't bother on emotional dispute but will only focus in doing things seriously. Incompetent people do not work seriously but only focus on the emotional dispute.

本事大的人不会看低本事小的人，本事小的人却会为了达到了小目标而自以为很了不起。
A man of great skill does not look down at low ability people, but,  A low capable man will be arrogant as he  has achieved a small goal.

骄傲的人潜能发挥有限，谦虚的人有无限的潜能发挥。
