意思 meaning :
1）由于蜀国缺乏大将，只好由廖化当先锋。
Due to the Kingdomof Shu was lack of generals, so had let the mediocre people to be vanguard.

 

2）由于没有杰出的人才，唯有派出平庸的人来担当重要的职务。
Since there is no outstanding talent people, only send the mediocre people to play an important post.
