意思 meaning :
与人几天不见，再见面时就要以新的眼光来看待他了。
do not see with others for a few days,  should take a new light to look upon him / her when to meet again.

劝告 advice :
当一个人不断在改变和进步时，因此不能再以旧眼光来衡量他的表现。
